What is the LifeSecure® product warranty?
Lifesecure warranties its bags and backpacks for up to 5 years from the date of purchase to be free of defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, abuse, or destruction. LifeSecure warranties the contents of its products against defects for the indicated shelf life or up to 5 years from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. What is the LifeSecure® return policy?
A 25% restocking fee plus the applicable shipping and handling will be charged on any cancelled or returned order. Any return request must be made within 10 business days from date of shipment. Yes. The U.S. Government provides federal grants to assist schools to develop and implement their emergency plans. These funds can be used to purchase emergency kits and supplies.
